New to the clinic: Your first appointment will require you to complete an intake form to assure you have read and agreed to the limits to confidentiality. Online Counselling means that sessions are conducted via Secure encrypted Video via Jane APP or Phone.

To change or cancel an appointment log into your account and choose a new date or time. 48hrs is required to cancel or change an appointment. The full fee will be charged for missed sessions.
