New to the clinic: Your first appointment will require you to complete an intake form to assure you have read and agreed to the limits to confidentiality. Online Counselling means that sessions are conducted via Secure encrypted Video via Jane APP or Phone.
To change or cancel an appointment log into your account and choose a new date or time. 48hrs is required to cancel or change an appointment. The full fee will be charged for missed sessions.

Individual Online Video Counselling, 50 mins
Individual 50 minute session where we explore anything you want to process, understand more deeply, or explore in depth. These may include -
changes or events you are going through, relationship concerns, health concerns, work concerns, family issues or understanding of yourself and your interactions in the world.
Couples Counselling 65 mins
Couples Counselling sessions are 65 minutes long to give us more time to get into it and be constructive. Sometimes we need an outside perspective to work through conflict, the complexities of a partnership or raising a family, we may also need help when we feel betrayed or resentful.
